How to measure correctly: Hip circumference at the widest part over hips/buttocks, Height without shoes. If you are between two sizes, we usually recommend the larger size for tights.

Tip: Fit also depends on elastane content, knit type and your personal preference (looser/tighter fit).
For hold-up stockings, the thigh circumference is the most important measurement. Measure at the widest part (approx. 15–20 cm above the knee) and consider your height. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort in the lace band.

*Measure thigh circumference at the widest point (approx. 15–20 cm above the knee). Silicone strips on the inside ensure hold – skin should be dry and free of lotions.
