Our Delivery Times:

  • Within Germany: Your order is usually delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • Austria: Details on delivery can be found in the "Shipping to Austria" section.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping is free for orders over 29 €.
  • For orders under 29 €, shipping costs are 3.90 €.

We ship with DHL:

Your order will be shipped with DHL, optionally also to packing stations and post offices. You can select these options in the checkout area.

Shipping to Austria

Shipping costs to Austria are a flat rate of 9.90 €.

Alternatively, we recommend the service of D-A-Packs, which accepts shipments from Germany and forwards them cost-effectively to Austria.

For our customers in Switzerland, we use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch.
